Happy Birthday to my girls! Margaux is 1 month old today (4 weeks), can you believe it??!! And my baby girl Marin is 20 months. It goes by way too fast. Marin will be 2 in just four short months. Margaux looked so big today too, it's so hard to believe we've had her with us for an entire month already. She's such a great baby. I love to watch her facial expressions & can't wait for her to start interacting more. My dad left this morning, so I was officially on my own the rest of the afternoon! It went well... we all had naps, so I'd call that a success!

Another week down! This Friday Margaux will be a month old already!! The time goes by too fast. She's definitely getting bigger & more alert. My dad is spending the week with us this week. Marin is loving all the extra attention, although I'm anxious to see how next week goes when we're on our own!! Should be interesting! Marin is still enjoying herself by trying out all of Margaux's stuff.. as you see in the pictures. Big & Little in the carseat!

Well, my mom is gone home to Green Bay (sad). We miss her so much already. It was nice having her here but like she said, she can't stay forever! Gary is home this week & then my dad is staying the following week. Things are going well. Margaux is starting to be more alert during the day & still doing fantastic at night. (thank god!) Marin is also doing well. She has her share of difficult moments throughout the day, but that is to be expected. Here are a few shots from the week. Enjoy!

We survived week #1 as a family of four! The photos do not turn out as well as we'd like with the girls. Marin loves holding her but doesn't cooperate for pictures... it's entertaining. My mom is here for the week helping out since I still can not lift anything but Margaux until at least Friday. It's nice to have someone else here in the house with us to keep us company... Not to mention her cleaning & laundry duties!! The video is from today of Marin reading an Elmo book by herself, too funny!

Meet our newest addition! Margaux Kate

Here she is! We've had a good few 1st days together. The c-section went well & I'm feeling like I'm recovering much faster this time. We came home Sunday around noon & have been settling in & resting lots. Marin is wonderful with her & just loves to point at her and say "baby." She also really likes giving her her pacifier. I'm just waiting for her to give it a try herself!! Many more photos to come... we look forward to everyone meeting her!
